BioEASI has been working with the Preuss School at UCSD to run workshops for their 8th grade Girls in STEAM club. This outreach combines fun “lab” activities with interactive lessons and will provide opportunities for the students to learn about the important roles of women in science! Food Science: Experiments with Enzymes Saturday September 16th, 3pm-4pm Enzymes are specialized molecular machines that control biological reactions in all living cells.
